About Me

Toné Cheré

Hey everybody! My name is Toné Cheré, I am originally from Des Moines, IA. My pronouns are she/her/hers and I began my theatre journey freshman year of high school. I fell in love with it so much that it led me to pursue this career in college. I graduated in May of 2023 at Drake University earning a B.F.A Musical Theatre degree. Where I have had the amazing opportunity to work on shows as an actress, choreographer, makeup/hair designer, and carpenter. But beyond Drake, I get to do many things within my community like acting in films, choreographing musicals, performing original music, and more! Outside of the theatre world I really love spending time with family, writing songs, reading, and watching movies.
